Epiphany Films is a motion picture licensing, financing and marketing company, operating in Los Angeles. Financing is made under the name of the Epiphany Secured Movie Fund, ESMF. The creative and production subsidiary of ESMF is impix, which is executing the production of the theatrical motion pictures, financed by ESMF.
In principle, ESMF uses an established and proven asset class, to secure multi-million dollar movie production financing. All Finance is first securitized and then used by ESMF to license, develop, produce, distribute and market selected motion picture feature films, worldwide and the building of film libraries.
